Women's Intro to Strength Training

Level up your workout with WPNSTA Earle MWR Fitness with an introductory course on strength training for women on Monday, March 9 from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM at C-29 Gym. This class is open to all eligible women, ages 18 and older. Registration is required by Monday, March 2.
