Calling all CFLs, ACFLs! MWR Fitness is hosting a Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System (NOFSS) short course on Tuesday, October 22 at the C-29 Gymnasium.  This 8-hour course, designed to introduce the NOFFS methodology and learn how you can incorporate it into your PT programming.
